WHO WE ARE
A voluntary Christian youth organization, conceived by William Alexander Smith to combine drill and fun activities with Christian values. It was introduced in 1962 in the central region (Namirembe Diocese) at Namirembe Cathedral hence the formation of 1st Kyadondo company which was later named 1st Mengo Company.

At 1st Mengo Company, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Mentoring is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area.
